Formal Communications: **Rapid Ringing of the Bell** “Fire, fire, fire!” Just kidding, please don’t burn the place down … but if you think you might, please reach out to Warner Realty Group at 401-856-9920, by voice or text, email service@warnerrealtygr.com or log an issue through the online Resident Portal – log in details provided before check-in.

Questioning Attitude: Where is the best place to eat (yes)? Is it really only an 8 minutes and 34 seconds to walk to Two-Mile Pub (Yes, we counted). Will the PS3 at the command you finally report to 10 months really accept Newport War Canoe’s short-term lease (you betcha)? Will I pass my Rules of the Road exam (we believe in you shipmate)?

Procedural Compliance: It’s all in the doctrine (or tech) library (maybe a binder somewhere in the house? Or on a bookshelf next to a maritime classic you’ve never heard of called Last Stand of the Tin Can Sailor?).

Forceful Backup: No Canoe Warriors left behind! Or locked out of the bathroom because you’re waxing that mustache your spouse won’t let you have at home. Be considerate of your housemates in common areas and be mindful of quiet hours from 2200 to 0700 (now, we’re not saying you need to write a watch-bill in accordance with twice-daily changing watch-standing instructions, but you could maybe use the practice?)

Level of Knowledge: Feel free to check our tech library for studying or better yet head out into town to show off your knowledge on trivia night (personally, we think “the Newport War Canoe” is a fantastic trivia team name if you’re looking for suggestions). We secured the fastest wifi possible to support your last night studying sessions. We also left plenty of space on the kitchen table for your chartlet and toy ships so get to work!

Integrity: Do the right thing even when no one is looking. No gun-decking or violations of physical security allowed here – please follow the house rules to make sure everyone has a good stay. We ask that you be good neighbors and not create any disturbances that are likely to annoy other tenants (and clean up after yourself). Finally, please respect our no smoking policy inside the property – we try to maintain a clean atmosphere for all guests and want everyone to have a comfortable and convenient experience.
