WELCOME HOME

Female and Veteran owned, Newport War Canoe provides comfortable and convenient lodging solutions for military travelers in the Newport / Portsmouth / Middletown area. All of our properties are located a convenient distance to Naval Station Newport, local bars, restaurants, and grocery stores in addition to being a short drive to downtown Newport.

Our properties have bedrooms that are fully equipped with a full closet, flat screen TV with WiFi enabled Fire-Stick, desk and chair, in addition to a queen bed.  There is one shared bathroom, full kitchen and living room within 31 Rosedale Terrace (in addition to being a 5 minute walk to The Pub at Two Mile). Our 20 Casey Drive property as three bedrooms and three full bathrooms in addition to a pool table, full kitchen and living room with a downstairs game room.

 

 

Basically, we’re more comfortable than your SWO jacket and twice as convenient.

Located a convenient 1.5 miles from Naval Station Newport’s front gate (practice that PRT at least once) Only an 8 minute walk to The Pub at Two Mile Corner (.5 miles at all hours of the night) Coddington Brewery is a mere 15 minute walk for those mandatory class socials.

MILITARY INCENTIVE PROGRAM

We want to make your required travel to Newport as comfortable as possible and would love to earn your business. Newport War Canoe is providing the below incentives for any guests who meet the below requirements:

  • Any stays five (5) nights or greater earns $100 in Door Dash credit that can be used for grocery delivery, take out, etc.
  • Any stay fourteen (14) or greater also gets a complementary COLREGs book from West Marine.
  • Any guest who refers a friend or additional tenant who stays for greater than a week (7) days earns $50 in Door Dash credit with $100 credit going to anyone who refers a guest who stays for two weeks or more.
